We had a made a verbal deal with the sales person and when the car came in he suddenly didn't remember certain important particulars of the transaction. Our mistake in not requesting everything in writing first, but he seemed so honest. NOT!! And the sales manager was equally nonprofessional as he hung up on us, a customer when we did nothing to warrant such a reaction! As a lot of car salespeople are trying to get away from the typical car salesperson stereotype, this place embraces the antics! Extremely disappointed! The reason that we actually ended up buying from them is because of location and they must rely on that; sure drive another 2 hours to someone else.
