Volkswagen of Bend

I want to give a massive shoutout to Chris & Jimmy over at Kendall Volkswagen of Bend! Here was the situation. I owned two cars simultaneously, and as with any depreciating asset, I had some negative equity in both. After being told by two other dealerships that "we just can't really make a deal" which translates to "We're NOT making a deal and you're going to pay for this yourself", I called VW and Chris answered the phone. I told him the situation, what I needed to accomplish, where I needed to be payment wise, and long story short, I signed docs the next day. They bought both of my other cars, and in exchange, got me approved for a LEASE through VW. Chris & Jimmy worked hard to make this happen. They gave me a fair trade value for my cars, they didn't run away from a long shot sale, they treated me with respect and worked with me the way I work with my own Buyers. They listened, they looked for and found a solution, and at the end of the day, everyone won.
