I was looking for a new car which would handle well in the weather in Bend. Mike Bowers of Kendall Volkswagen was superb in helping me find the right car. He answered all my questions, made the purchase process easy and offered follow-up help if needed. I would send friends to him if they are looking for a car. Exceptional experience!
