Porsche Bend

I am 100% satisfied with Porsche Bend. The beginning of my story features a terrible experience with Porsche Beaverton’s sales department. In stark contrast, Porsche Bend stands out! Trevor in sales initially, promptly and thoroughly responded to my initial written and phone inquiries. And somehow Rob Weston simultaneously managed to send me a very helpful email. Right out of the gate, I felt attended to and supported by Porsche Bend. When I needed assistance the following day, Trevor was off work and Rob Weston stepped in with open arms: .he was welcoming, gracious, patient, prompt, thorough in his responses and generous with his time. And when I got in my car and drove the 2-and-a-half hours to Bend, he was more of the same. Rob Actually made the sales process fun, which was a first for me. The woman who helped with the closing paperwork (I am so sorry that her name escapes me) was incredibly kind and gracious and made me feel very appreciated, welcomed and valued. Then, when I encountered some *unusual* (but not unexpected) problems with the approach and departure angle of the car vis a vis my driveway, Rob - who could have said ‘not my problem’ - conferred with his service team and came up with some solutions, all of which would have solved the problem and one of which did. I would definitely and without reservation recommend Porsche Bend to any consumer. Oh and, as a side, I’m loving my 2018 Macan!! Sincerely, Stacey G
