Ryan Lenz is a great employee. Whenever I bring my car in for service, he is clear about what my car needs, he phones to give me the estimate and to let me know my car is ready for pick up, which is often at the time promised. He is professional and understanding and is one of the reasons i bring my Escape Hybrid back to Damerow for service.
