I've received better service elsewhere

I wasn't satisfied with the serviced received. I was told my oil change and car wash would be 45min-1hr, I got my car back 2hrs later. The car wasn't washed or vacuumed like I was told. I was given someone else's key and my keys were lost twice!! Other services were suggested, having a toddler with me was not the right day to wait an extra hour for an oil change and a dirty car.
