We received internet quotes through USAA from three dealers. Damerow was prompt, courteous, and straight forward. Their pricing was extremely competitive. Negotiating with them was easy. No tricks. The car we wanted was in short supply so we made a verbal offer on a vehicle to be delivered in a few weeks. When the car arrived they received several higher offers on the car, but Damerow honored our verbal agreement and sold us the car for the agreed upon price. It was a very aggressive price, and I know they could have sold it for more. I've never seen that kind of honesty and commitment to customer service from a car dealer. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and eager to please. I highly recommend you include Damerow next time you are in the market for a Ford. We live 200 miles from Portland and it was definitely worth the trip to buy from Damerow. We would do it again in a heartbeat.
