Minor "Bate & Switch"...Only cares for $$$$ not people!!!

Drove up, salesman came up, I stated that I saw some USED Mustangs online and would like to see them. He showed me the 2 they were offering. 1st was a Manual Transmission, didn't work for us. 2nd one was Automatic, we test drove it, LOVED it, wanted it. Set the process in motion. When doing the paperwork we agreed on an deal...their price($21,000+) - trade in($14,000) = $ we owed($7000+)! We didn't take possession of the car(we had a few "bugs" to work out on our end. Went home and the following day I was telling a friend about the Mustang we were going to buy. He asked if we had any pictures, I said no but could show him the ones that were posted online by the dealer. That's when I noticed that the online price was LOWER than what they sold the car to us for! We proceeded to go back in and talk to the Sales Manager to get the online price($17,000+) = $4000 cheaper!!!! Then they DROPPED our traded-in DOWN LOW! ($12,000), which then made our cost = $6000+!!!! They came down $4000, dropped our trade-in $2000 = $1000 savings for us?? Not fully happy, but deal is done! ALSO: When we test drove the Mustang, there was an owners Manual in the glove box & Floor Mats in the car. They said they would park it in the service bay area with a SOLD sign on it. We received a call from the salesman asking..."did we cancelled the deal because the car was back on the SALES lot?" I said "NO!" so he proceeded to put the car back off to the side by the service bay. When we went in to finalize the deal, sign ALL paperwork and pay what's left owed and take the car home, we noticed that the floor mats and owners manual were missing. We brought this to the attention of the Salesman and he looked around for the missing items....we were then told..."Used cars on the lots are free game to items in them...if another salesman needs something in the car they can take whatever they want!" he also told us..."I will try to find you some floor mats when another used car comes in and deliver them to you PERSONALLY!, as for the manual, you can "DOWNLOAD" it!" 1 section of the owners manual was 86pgs single sided! Just to learn how to use the SYNC technology of the car! I feel that Damerow should pay for Mats and Manual OR I can download the manual and charge them for paper, ink, my time, my "service fee" and electricity used...$300 NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE TO BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
