Damerow Ford

Most dissatisfied purchase experience ever. Fast-talking salesperson was a "stone's" throw from reality. Dealer did not repair all that was written, even though the repairs were nominal. Salesman then "split hairs" on written IOU about what was written and promised. Then his manager was doing the same, when the issue was escalated. Service was then giving me the runaround, then told me the salesman did not authorize these. We had another issue with the trade-in value. Ultimately, we spoke to GM, who compromised with us on a pivotable repair concern. However, I would recommend him also. The Finance Mgr was no help in this process also, as he was merely a clerk with a Mgt name, who wouldn't return phone calls. Fortunately, the used car was generally cared for. Damerow Ford was the most miserable experience I could ever imagine. I would rather consider a used car lot. This place brings shame to the Ford name. Damerow doesn't care about their customers, they are just chasing numbers. I won't visit this place for anything that isn't absolutely critical for this car. Just so you know, our other car is a 2011 mercedes. The Mercedes dealer treats us very well. That dealer has also heard horror stories about Damerow. For any service matters, I go to the other Ford locations. I strongly recommend against visiting Damerow.
