First.... the sales rep lied to us and said when they pull your credit it's a soft pull and doesn't effect your credit, lies! It's a hard pull and does lower your score by a lot of points, we dropped 50plus points!! Second...We were there for over 3 hours going back and forth with the numbers game, and at the end of the day our sales rep just kept saying how every thing is looking good but we need to reach out to the banks and will contact you in a couple days to see if you're approved...ok... but what were we just doing at your dealership for three hours!? There were courteous and very friendly, but these people need to know that you can't lie about credit pulls - credit score is everything!! it effects future potential opportunities with housing and other vehicle opportunities.
