Carl was my salesman and he was good but Cathy in finance was completely fraudulent. She added a very expensive item/service to my purchase after I had already agreed on price, signed on said price, and told her I did not want any extras at all. No warranty etc. All I could see was the signature pad and she assured me there were no extras, just the price of the car. But wait! She forgot to credit my down payment! She said she fixed it but my documents are conflicting. However, she padded her commissions with an insurance product I was not aware of and would have declined. Sneaky! I have documentation of asking her to remove it and her stating she had received my request, only for the dealer to say they never received it. If I had it to do over again, I would avoid this dealership. If they can’t do simple math and forget to credit a customer’s down payment, how can one have faith in the product they sell? Cord, the sales manager, seems completely clueless to me. Horrible, stressful experience and would not recommend.
