Don't trust them

onWe were very interested in a truck from them for my son. My husband spent a lot of time, and effort trying to find out more about the truck, price, documentation fees, etc. for the truck, by phone since we live about 4 hrs. away. While in contact with them, the salesman said someone else was looking at the truck. My husband said do I need to put a deposit down on it. He said no. Later that evening my husband called again to talk to the salesman and he said it sold, Really, in less than an hour. My husband reminded him that he was interested first, offered to put deposit down,was told not necessary. That he would put the keys on his desk so the other salesmen would know it was spoken for etc, My husband, now frustrated spoke with the sales manager, he pretty much said sorry but nothing he could do. My husband later went back online that evening and saw not only was the truck still on there, they had raised the price up around 1300.00. It was still on there the next day, and we tried to contact the GM but of course he couldn't take our calls. Plus, he missed a call on his phone the next day where another salesman called and asked if he was still interested in the truck! On the bright side he decided to go with another dealership who gave a great deal and have been extremely good to deal with!
