I had a good experience here - we actually went looking for Used Nissan Versas, but took a wrong turn. We went ahead and test drove a Honda Fit they had sitting on the lot, and agreed to see what they'd offer. Luckily I knew exactly what I needed and at what price I was willing to pay. My sales guy, Skip, was fantastic and very friendly and helpful. His sales manager was another story. The manager was very pushy and attempted to pressure us into a not-so-great deal. (Moral of this part, have other options in mind.) Skip was, however, very informative and seemed very genuine. Once we finally made a deal that the manager could swallow, we headed over to financing. I had already gotten pre-approval by my bank, but their finance guy was able to beat my APR by about 3%. He was very helpful, friendly, and informative. All in all it was a great experience, and I wouldn't mind going back there again, especially of that manager was off duty...
