Had to wait three hours for oil change and tire rotation. Rep said two hours and would call when truck was ready. Never received a call and actually had to go find a tech that paperwork was given to due to other tech leaving. There are usually 6 techs there but it takes a customer flagging one down before you can get help even when 3 look at you and pass on by.
