I saw a used vehicle on Bob Moore Subaru’s website. I initially contacted their online people to confirm the vehicle was still available. They were back to me promptly and I told them I would come in within the next two days. They did not push. Just suggested I give them notice so they could have the vehicle upfront. When I arrived they introduced me to a salesman. Omar is exceptional. Listens well. Gets answers. Remains available without pushing at all. Two days later I came back and received immediate attention from Omar even though he was busy. After a test drive we sat down for the deal. Received what I requested quickly. Was out of there in about an hour. Truly my favorite car deal to date. The dealership is clean and relaxing. The personnel are friendly and engaging. Quick to respond.
