Jacksons of Enid Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Dealership Sales Review
my name is Dan Engler, and I am a business owner in California. I recently found a truck on the internet that I wanted. I called johnsons easy car of enid (a subsidiary of johnsons chrysler of enid) and spoke with their used car salesman Kris Westfal, about the truck. He said that he would send me pictures of the vehicle, and never did. I called back a week later, and he finally sent me some pictures. We agreed to a price on the truck, and he told me that he would consider it sold to me. All we had to do was work out the financing. Meanwhile, while he was 'working out the financing', someone else came in and asked about the truck.... Kris sold this person the truck. This sort of business practice is what gives other reputable car dealers a bad name. With honest car dealers, your word is your bond, but not over at johnson's. I spoke to BOTH the manager and the owner, and all they could say was : "sorry bud, that's just the way it goes sometimes". If this is how they do business, I would not trust their cars, or their salesmen. there are plenty of car dealers in the country, I would recommend anybody considering a car purchase to find someone with integrity and ethics... SOMEBODY OTHER THAN JO
