$4,000 worth of damage

In the past two visits to the service department, my car has received over $4000 worth of body damage. In both cases they claim it’s not their fault and they are not doing anything about it. I bought the car five months ago and it has spent three months in the service department. They don’t go over their vehicles before they put them on the lot.
