Ferguson Buick GMC
Dealership Sales Review
I contacted Ferguson Superstore via internet about a pre-owned vehicle they had in stock. I received a prompt response for Christyn Gill in their internet department. I explained this would be an internet purchase as I am in an adjoining state. She then passed me on to Alberto Espitia in their Buick sales store. I then spent the next week trying to get a trade in value from Alberto on my current vehicle. Whenever I called, he was not available and it would take 2 to 3 days for him to return may calls. I called, texted and e-mailed. He did return some of my calls and left a message saying he had a price but never said what it was, never texted with a price and never e-mailed with a price. After trying for a week, I contacted one of the sales managers, Shane Ogburn, via e-mail as he had already gone home at 4:30. I was ready to forego a trade in and just purchase the vehicle outright. It has now been four days and I have yet to hear anything from Alberto or Shane. I checked the Ferguson web site and of course the vehicle I was interested in has sold. It is disappointing I was never offered the option of placing a deposit on the vehicle to hold it while details were worked out. It is even more disappointing neither Alberto or Shane can return calls in a timely manner. I've purchased 7 vehicles via internet and know it is possible to do so in an efficient and timely manner.
