Shopping about the internet, Beau Townsend responding quickly and appropriately without pushing sales tactics into my ears...the prices I compared were better than others already, without my counter-offer! I never usually offer my comments, however in this 2014 world, good-polite employees stand out from the "NO PROBLEM" instead of "YOUR WELCOME" response to thank you which is a good indicator sales managment attitudes..it was a pleasure shopping Beau Townsend from home, which definintly will bring me up to shop the lot in person when it is my time to buy. Keep it up, courtesy helps the employee, the company image/sales and spreads general good will to others!
