Took my 2021 Grand Cherokee in for a warranty issue, well I guess you could say it was a warranty issue. I had a very loud, annoying rattle that made itself known from pretty early on after leasing my Jeep. I finally was convinced to take it in from the manufacturer … glad I did. They found the rattle and fixed it. AMAZING!!
