Dealership Sales Review
Had a signed buyers order and the day before deliver, when all the financing was arranged and delivery was set they stated that the car went through service and they had to raise the price by 1k. Now, the car was negotiated and agreed on by the manager and us as a "Certified" car. After a few angry phone calls, they tried to lower the price or offer it as a non certified car (again, not what we agreed on and the dealership and us agreed to). They also then refused to deliver it even though they promised to (another lie) In the end they said they would honor the original price but not put the tires on (the day before the tires were already on it, hence the increase in cost) and we said sure. After considering all the lies they said, we went and found another car that was identical and had 13k less miles on it and the new dealer, who was applaud at the other dealer for doing that, matched the price. When we told them no deal, then they called and said that "that is not the way they do business and would we still want the car". Well clearly that IS the way they did business as they changed their story so many times I could not list them all here. I would not trust this dealership at ANY stage of the process. When they will not stand by a SIGNED buyer order and come up with no less than 10 different stories why they cannot be trusted. Stay far away if you don't want to have a terrible experience.
