Halleen Kia of Sandusky

Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, especially considering we came late on a Saturday evening. We did not plan on trading our lease in at that time, but the exact car we wanted was in the showroom so Marla and the finance team worked with us and we came to an agreement easily. They let it be known that our business was important, and they did not want us to leave unsatisfied. The time spent doing the financing is usually a very long and dreaded process, but Aaron had it done quickly and spent an efficient amount of time going over add-on options without being pushy when we declined. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt as if the whole team was working together to not only get us the car we wanted, but to make sure that our experience was a good one. I plan on returning to Halleen Kia Sandusky in the future, and will also recommend them to anyone I know who is interested in a Kia!
