The dealership was straightforward with the car that we wanted-we traveled from out of town and wanted to make sure the car we wanted was on the lot. Emailed and asked questions all week so that when we arrived the car was waiting and ready to test drive. Marla was great at explaining details of the car but also letting us feel free to explore the car and take a test drive with no pressure. We love our Sorento and were able to purchase that morning at a fair price and quickly get paperwork done and out the door with our new car. The dealership was also clean and brigh and felt very relaxed.
