Everything about our experience was delightful. We were ment at the front door by Justin, who introduced himself and held the door as we entered. After a breif conversation about trading in our vehicle, Justin was very straight forward and honest. We were in a situation with negative equity. Justin recommend the Forte although we were intrested in SUV. He was honest and didn't want us to have a huge loan with all the negative equity rolling over. At that point I knew we were buying. Justin was able to put us in a brand new car, barely increasing our previous monthly payment. The whole process was quick and relaxed. The best car buying experience we have ever had. We look forward to our next car buying experience with Halleen.
