I saw online a mercury suv and after talking with the sales lady I asked for a copy of the carfax and it took two days to send it to me and found out it was a total loss which was not told to me upfront. They would not post the carfax online. If you are looking for a used car STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.... Never got any reply from the manger and the sales lady Racheal did not reply back in a professional manner.......... STAY AWAY FROM THIS FORD DEALER IN OHIO..............
