onI will no longer use the waiting area when my vehicle is being serviced because whoever controls the thermostat keeps the temperature too cold. As waiting customers we are sitting and not moving around. I have to go outside to get warm. Mentioning This to anyone has proven fruitless. So where is the concern for customers?
