North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

After researching minivans and the value of my current minivan I decided the Town & Country would by my next one. I called Jerry Schuff, the New Car Internet Manager at our local dealership, North Olmsted CJDR. On the phone basically we discussed the features desired AND that I wanted to spend the minimal time possible on this transaction. While at the dealership Jerry was working on a price for the new minivan and getting a trade-in value for my old minivan, Brian Christman, Sales manager stopped by and chatted for a while. Jerry came back with a proposal that was good on both the new minivan and trade-in, based on my research on Kelley’s Blue Book, Edmonds.com data and a couple other sites. I accepted. It only took 45 minutes to get this far. I met with Kurt Smudz, Finance Manager for about 20 minutes to get the financing arranged. An hour and five minutes process is hard to believe. When my wife bought a new car last year at another brand’s mega store, this process took 4 ½ hours! When I picked up the car several days later, all those involved were just as pleasant as when they were selling. When my wife is ready to replace her car, we will go to North Olmsted CJDR. It was a dealership experience unlike any that I had experienced before! They are worth a try!!
