I had trouble getting my key out after it was in park. I had no problems getting an appointment right away. I did leave two phone messages to call me back to schedule, but no one ever did call me back. My husband stopped at the dealership and spoke with Gus, who scheduled me the next day. I was taken care of immediately. Gus was very friendly, helpful and informative. While an estimated time to get my car back was around 5-6 hours, I was surprised I got a phone call 4 hours later saying it was ready for pick up. They replaced the shifter plate, did an oil change and fluid check along with a tire rotation and brake check. Everything checked out fine and I was thrilled to see they washed it also. I have always been very satisfied with the service at Ganley since buying the car in 2016. My only complaint is that it was frustrating to not receive a call back the same day I left the messages. But all is forgiven. My Forester runs like a charm and I am a happy camper.
