Drove 2 hours to this dealership to get a car advertised online. Got a great price but the wait was long (considering I was pre-approved before I headed there). Waited 2 hours for them to fill out paperwork. Then got home 30 miles down the road and realized they only gave me 1/2 tank of gas and no floor mats -- and I paid $20K. I sent an email to the general manager, but no reply. Yesterday I received a call from them that they forgot to have me sign some of the papers. I asked about why I didn't receive floor mats or a full tank of gas but no real answer or apology. Still haven't heard from the general manager. I'm happy with the car but I can't recommend this dealer.
