Dealership Service Review
I have been a customer of White Allen over 10 years now. I have owned several VW's and Audi's both. I have known many people who have been employed by White Allen over the years. I bought a new GLI from them in December of 2013, a 2014 model. I have had nothing but problems from this car from literally the 2nd week of having the car. This would be the 4th car I have purchased from White Allen alone. Over the years I have seen some degradation in quality of service, but now it seems much more prevalent. I literally would not recommend this dealer to anyone. My car is not even a year and half old, and they are now refusing to touch my car. I was told to take my car elsewhere. I still have people I know who work within this organization who have revealed to me some of the outright absurd things that have recently been happening at this dealership. I have attempted to sort through things, keeping my cool. Though I have to say, that I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service ...
