Germain Hyundai

As a longtime customer to Germain Hyundai (previously Hatfield), I know what to expect on vehicle purchases and service from this dealership. We were looking for a replacement to my wife's Elantra and looking for an SUV, in particular a Tucson Hybrid. My Salesperson Vince has handled all of my previous transactions and has always been excellent in his guidance and friendship. There were no hard sell tactics, but rather patience as we were looking at Kia Sportage Hybrids as well AND it was Christmas season. Decided on the Tucson Hybrid Limited and while more expensive than the Kia, we trust Hyundai. Paperwork was routine and Finance Manager efficient and friendly. Vince set up access to Bluelink etc. while we were completing the finances. Walked us through some of the features and even followed up with finalizing Bluelink access the next day. I come to expect this type of service at Germain and the close relationship we have with them. Highly recommend.
