Nothing but a complete and utter nightmare to work with. Repeatedly not following up on texts, or calls by Kyle Keister and Jim Morrison 5 things needed fixed at time of signing…. TPS Light on, Service AdvanceTrac light intermittently coming on during test drive but was promised it wasn’t an issue since it didn’t stay on, Carplay and Android Auto needing installed to replace nonfunctional radio, Backup camera installation, Door locking mechanism in car doors and key fob. Alittle over 1 week of buying truck – Heater Core and Radiator hoses blew costing $1700 to fix Rick (Sales Manager), Kyle Keister, Josh Putnam – You bought a used truck so you gotta pay for the fixes. Wyler’s “Service Contract” Company – Hoses are wear and tear – Not covered by the required service contract warranty that came with loan. Over 2+ months later of repetitive lies and misleadings because “Service is backed up, we cleaned house because they’re terrible back there, I don’t know what they’re doing anymore” – Wyler scheduled an Appointment (9/5/24) to fix all issues Wyler had truck onsite for almost 2 weeks with no progress because “Service Manager was at training and didn’t tell anyone about anything • After multiple calls and text messages during those 2 weeks – Service finally fixed locking mechanism in all doors only completed because I finally pushed hard enough for Lead Tech to investigate -- 9/15/24 • Didn’t install carplay because they ordered wrong one then proceeded tell me that service didn’t want to touch truck anymore and outsource to Car Stereo Max ---- WHY?? YOU ASK?? o Because NOW TPS and Service AdvanceTrac light were staying on but according to Kyle, “Don’t worry, ill get it resolved by Germain after you get stereo installed” • Didn’t touch TPS or Service AdvanceTrac because we need to outsource this to Germain Ford o Drove truck straight home because I was afraid of issues now • Didn’t touch locking mechanism for key fob because it needed to programmed by a Ford Dealer (Germain) again. Friday 11/22/24 • Car Stereo Max Appt – Kyle told them to install a radio, no backup camera • After repeated calls and texts by both myself and Car Stereo Max, Kyle finally authorized a backup camera to be installed. • Attempted to pickup truck from Car Stereo Max – Driver Steering Assist Fault now being displayed with TPS and Service AdvanceTrac light plus new screeching, sqealing and screaming coming from steering wheel while attempting to turn wheel ¼ inch left or right • Called Rick (Sales Manager) – Pretty much told me that he didn’t care because it was a used truck even though they haven’t completed 4/5 items on their list – 1 of the items being what caused this steering issue. After almost 3 months of minimal to no progress on the 5 things that were agreed upon…. Wyler ignored the Service AdvanceTrac issue long enough that now my newly purchased truck is inoperable due to power steering failure last night. THANKS SO MUCH! Im glad you really care about your customers! Just thanking god that the truck and steering column didn’t seize up when I had my children in the truck with me! If so, we all could be dead!
