Jeff Wyler Eastgate Nissan

Paul Nazzaro Apr 12, 6:18 PM Wanted to inform you guys that I had a horrible experience with a dealership you recommended to me. The dealership is Jeff Wyler Nissan located in Florence, Ky. The internet manager called me up, asked me to come down to look at a car, it was a Mazda 3, the manager, who I spoke with on the phone and said he would be my contact, did not even bother to come out and meet me, he sent a young salesman in his place who proceeded to tell me they sold the car and then tried to sell me a car I had no interest to buy. When I called the manager back he told me that the car was not sold at all. I wasted my gas money and my time going to this dealership and he could not even take the time out to come and meet with me when he knew I was there. Needless to say they also were rude, badmouthing other dealerships in the area, they were misinformed about these other dealerships to begin with. I want everyone to know what a horrible dealership this is, and I especially want you guys to know, looking at their rating people give them online, they rate them a 1.5 out of a possible 5 star rating, the worst rating I have seen.
