Gateway Nissan

I have purchased vehicles from other dealers and I have to say that going to Gateway is a completely different experience. Zach the salesman we worked with was helpful but not overbearing, We mentioned we had researched their stock online and had an Idea of what we wanted to look at already and went straight to checking them out. After several test drives between me and my wife and a day to think it over we picked up a used Highlander which by the way was priced well under fair market value which seems to be a trend when you look at vehicles on their website, KBB or Cargurus. The most remarkable thing happened after the purchase, we had a tow package included and needed it put on before our vacation at the end of the week, Zach found a place with the part in stock and even stopped at my house to pickup the vehicle and take it in to get installed. I have to say we were happy with just getting a great deal but the customer service is more than noteworthy. Did I mention they have an area for kids to hang out while you test drive or have your vehicle serviced, or that there's cookies, hot chocolate, cappuccino, coffee and bottled water to enjoy while you wait.
