North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT

In 2010, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for the first time. Yesterday, I purchased my 6th one from them. Carol Arrington has been the sales associate I have dealt with on all my purchases. Their philosophy of marketing and pricing their vehicles fits my style (and I have checked their pricing with other dealers and it is very competitive). Other dealers I have tried to deal with show all these high dollar discounts only to find when you go in they start telling you why you don't qualify for this one or that one. They are also good at listening to their customer and getting to what their needs actually are. There is no pressure to buy just what is on the lot. Yesterdays purchase is a prime example of that. While they had a vehicle on the lot that had everything I wanted, it had a trim that included a lot of things that meant nothing to me. So rather than pushing me to purchase the one they had, we listed out exactly what I wanted and they found it at another dealership with the same competitive pricing. Their financing department is also a pleasure to deal with. They go all out to get you the best rate available. The most compelling reason that I have continued to buy from this dealership is that they don't forget you after the initial sale. Every now and again I get a call or email about my vehicle. The other compelling reason is that in my 6 years of doing business there, whether it's the sales, service department or parts, I have seen and dealt with the same people. That tells me that not only is North Point Chrysler, Jeep Dodge a good company to deal with; but, it must also be a good place to work. I can say with confidence that if you try this dealership, you will not be disappointed.
