Bleecker Buick GMC

I purchased 2014 GMC Terrian that only had 10,000 miles. Was told by staff it has a clean Car fax to find out 3 months later there is a thing called Auto Check and it was not clean at all. I found out that not only was it involved in an accident but it was purchased by Bleeker GMC wrecked it was fixed and put on the lot as if it was brand new. I have evidence and contacted Chad and Alvin general managers. They lied to me i told them to buy my car back and make it right i have more than enough evidence i was trying to see if they would make this right,. They had my car cause i stated i didn't want it the whole time they were covering more of their tracks and were fixing the car again. The SUV was involved in a collision where it should have been totaled out. But in the state of Texas there is no branded Titles so these dealers buy them and resale them for full MRSP. Not only did they not advise of the damage but told me the only way they would buy it back is if I purchased another Vehicle. I would not because they would not make it right. I have tried to contact Bob Bleeker because i am almost postive that he is not aware of what his staff is doing. I did all the research myself and caught them in so many lies. All I wanted was for them to make this right I have been told by another GMC certified business that my Safety features in this car will no longer work. Also that i paid 25,000.00 for this SUV and it is now not even worth 15,000.00. I have the manager on video recording telling me and my husband that they don't use car fax they only use Auto Check which is not what they told us at the time of sale and that he did not have to tell me about the accident. On the report also shows where they not only bought it from the Auction which i have proof that they did but they have sold this car once before and bought it back 2 months later and it was repaired by them as far as the mechanical repairs but there is no trace of the body work. What gives someone the right to do this to someone and they would not even put their family in this vehicle. One more thing i never had a credit check done through them at the time of purchase I had already been approved by my bank. When the 2 weeks they had my car telling me they would buy it back and then telling me i had to buy another car i told them i would not use there banks so I'm not gonna give them my ssc number. All of a sudden i started getting emails from the credit bureau that my credit was being ran by Bleeker GMC 15 times. They illegally looked my ssc number up on my banks records from there files and ran my Credit. I want everyone to know what they are doing to people and I am contacting the Media and everyone I can because this million dollar cooperation thinks that because i don't have the money they have that they have me and told me I will be forever stuck in this car. I will get out what is being done to me and i hope that Mr.Bleeker finds out and if he does and does not think this is wrong then the whole cooperation of Bleeker are scam My true Rating is a 0
