Wrecked my truck when there for Recall work

Took my truck in for recall work and one of their employees ran into the left side of the bed. The quarter is dented, the fender flair is destroyed and don’t know what damage is not readily visible. They gave me no loaner vehicle, said would repair the damage and that’s it. No compensation for my time, no truck to use while it is getting fixed, basically the GM’s position was that this was no worse than a parking lot door ding and so that I should just accept that they are going to do the absolute minimum to fix the situation. This truck is a 2020 3500 Laramie with 1691 miles on it and was there for a recall. They wrecked what was essentially a new vehicle when it HAD to be there for the recall work and I am just supposed to live with this result ? They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Here we are 4 months later and the truck still isn’t repaired, Westgate has made no attempt to remedy the situation and apparently just doesn’t care. I just read their Service dept write up saying they will provide a loaner vehicle for repairs over $500. I guess this doesn’t apply to when their service department wrecks the vehicle. I suppose they plan to run along beside you while you are driving to make the needed repairs from where they wrecked the truck? They refused to provide me a loaner after THEY wrecked my truck!!! How do these folks stay in business? I have also a complaint with Ram and they have yet to make it right. Unbelievable poor service all around!!!
