Flow MINI of Raleigh

I had met Michael R at Flow Mini Raleigh just once when he took time to show me some Minis while I was having my Mini's oil change done. Michael knew I wasn't a buyer, but he still spent a good amount of time showing me options and the new roadster. When my husband got the "Mini" madness after driving my Cooper-S, we stopped by the dealership late on a Saturday to see Michael. He let us drive the roadster and two Clubbies. And helped my husband choose the best one to replace his pickup truck. Michael and the finance folks (who were awesome, too) stayed very late on a Saturday to finalize the sale. Michael even took it upon himself to put Maggie (the Clubbie) in perfect order for our delivery since the detail crew had been long gone for the day. Just another extra step Michael took for us.
