Flow MINI of Raleigh

My husband and I have bought several cars in our 34 year The purchase we made today was our second car purchase this year. Unfortunately, that experience with a local dealer- NOT Flow- felt artfully wily and full of crafty twists and turns. Our experience with Michael R and the Flow family in Raleigh was like a breath of fresh air; Mike educated us about the vehicle. His attention to detail and his knowledge of how to care for the car was unparalleled to anything we've experienced. There was no pressure to buy a certain vehicle. Mike helped us clarify what we wanted in a car and he went to extraordinary measures to find the right Mini for us. I have drunk the Mini Flow koolaide and it was unique, fun, and refreshing. This customer service was stellar. Kudos to Michael and to the Mini brand.
