Dealership Sales Review
I am a Director for an IT company and my primary focus is on Implementation Services, Support Services, QA/Client Escalation, and new client Data Migrations. For someone who is focused on the client experience as part of my responsibility, I am very critical at times about good customer care when I am on the receiving end. I met Michael R at Flow Mini of Raleigh to see what they had available. I was planning to purchase a used MINI Cooper but had not driven one. I explained this to Michael and also told him I already had my eye on 3 diff ones at used lots in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. What happened next was a great customer experience in my opinion. Michael understood I would not be purchasing a new vehicle but offered to tell me about them and also let me drive one. He informed me that if I found a MINI I liked at another dealer that I could send him the VIN number and he would be happy to provide history around the service information so that I would know if the vehicle had been serviced properly or if by Flow Mini. That built some trust quickly. End result, I went back to Flow MINI and found a nice used 2012 Cooper that I purchased from Michael. Keep that Customer focus Michael, it pays off sooner or later, every time!
