Flow MINI of Raleigh

I purchased my very first MiNi cooper (Clubman) this past October with the help of Michael R (sales associate) and I am very happy with everything. From the very start of the process I felt well looked after. Michael R worked very hard to help me find my PERFECT MiNi. When that day came and after papers were signed and I drove off the lot... he and the staff at Flow MiNi Raleigh still kept in touch to ensure I was doing well and enjoying my new car. I have never experienced that type of customer care in car sales. Mike R and the team at Flow MiNi give me confidence that for as long as I have the MiNi, I will have them there for support and to assist me with any needs. Great experience overall!
