Capital Ford

I gave the overall rating because it was a overall 5 star rating, However; I am a second time buyer with Capital Ford and I had hope that I wouldn't encounter the same experience that I experienced 7/8 years ago when I purchased my first truck with you. Unfortunately I have, I have been trying to get the registration correct on my new truck that I purchased but DMV indicates that the dealership still has not processed it?? I understand from past experience with you that it takes time and based on my scenario 8 years ago (which was simple), I thought after 8 years this would be fixed. I was also informed by the DMV that the dealership should have provided me a copy of the registration for the new truck even though my plate was transferred, If this time delay for registration is a norm, a copy of the registration for the new truck should have been provided. Makes me wounder if you guys even take these surveys serious??
