Overall Thomas did a great job explaining the difference between the various features and trim levels on the forester. We were able to test drive different models to compare the ride and performance.Thomas was able to answer any question we had and also give us a little Subaru history as well.This was the first new car we have purchased in 18 years. The whole process was seamless and every detail taken care of. We came in on Friday, and had the car we wanted the next day.
