Dealership Sales Review
I bought a car from Monroe Nissan in March of 2017, which turned out to be nothing but hassle, Lies and regret. I was told one thing and got another. I was told I would be getting one car to turn around and find out it was a different car. I was lied to about a lot of things. I tried to take the car back, but they told me that I had already took possession of the car, but they told me I could swap with a different color which was what it was mainly about but as well my issue also had to do with the year of the car. I just wanted to return it. (Just recently I found out that u have 3DAYS to return a car which I was within. so, if a dealer tells u they cant take the car back within the three days they are lying.) So, they gave me some rain guards to "Compensate" (LOL) for their mistake. I was also told by the finance guy that I would get a year of maintenance which coincidentally was not put into my paperwork, so they would not honor it. So I called the corporate office and got in touch with consumer affairs for the first time, which was where I was basically told that all they could do was send my complaint to the dealer ship because they are Independently owned and operated. So now a year later, my car is having breaking issues where what feels like the ABS is self- activating at the last minute, making me move forward and prolonging my stop which has made me already almost hit someone because of the breaking issue. I have since had my car into Nissan service under my manufacture warranty (two locations Monroe Nissan and East Charlotte Nissan) for three time over this mater just to be told that they will not do anything because they cant replicate the issue. I also have been in contact with consumer affairs for the second time over this matter, which has once again got me nowhere. They basically state the same thing and that I should keep bringing it in, so they can tell me the same thing over again. For the past two weeks I have been in and out of my car and loaner cars which is not only frustrating but ridiculous, time consuming and a waste of my time and money. You tell me if YOU would like to put YOUR Child in my car with breaking issues because I Certainly don't want to. All I want is for my car to be fixed, nothing more and nothing less. MY OPINION WOULD BE NEVER TO BUY A NISSAN PRODUCT! I certainly will not ever buy a car From NISSAN ever again. Please share with your friends
