Very easy to work with. Called the sales person, informed him of what vehicle we were looking at, on their lot. Sales person called back with offer on trade in, price of vehicle we were looking at. All paperwork was done over the phone. Sales Team waited till we arrived, after sales hours, for us to sign paperwork and pick up the new vehicle.
