Dealership Sales Review
Just had the pleasure of purchasing a new 2014 RAM 1500 truck from M&L Motors. I had been looking for a new truck for over 2 months and had searched the entire state of NC for the truck that I wanted, which amounted to over 30 dealerships. Most of the local Dodge dealerships employed the same sales tactics (taking your keys, wearing you down by using several sales people, not listening to what features you wanted, not giving you fair market value for your trade-in, and trying to get you to sign a deal that you weren't comfortable with). I never had this experience with M&L motors, they were attentive, courteous, respectful of my time, and bent over backwards to earn my business. M&L Motors didn't have the truck that I wanted, but they were able to work a deal with the Dodge dealership in Fayetteville to purchase a truck on my behalf that had all of the features I wanted. Gary Graves was a wonderful sales person, he worked really hard on obtaining the truck from Fayetteville, and through a little back and forth negotiations, was able to secure an acceptable trade-in price for my current RAM 1500 truck. Gary was in constant contact with me during the entire buying process and even personally delivered the truck to my home in Kernersville from Lexington (to save me hours of paperwork at the dealership). Now, that is excellent customer service! I would recommend M&L Motors to anyone looking for a new car, truck, or SUV and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know about this dealership's excellent customer service.
