I recently helped my son who is stationed at Fort Bragg find and purchase a car. Being from out of state this could have been very painful, but the process, starting with the internet sales team, our capable and patient sales Consultant, Al Armstrong, and finally Sam Harnik, our assigned business manager, was accommodating and transparent. We had some peculiar issues to resolve after I initially paid cash for the car to secure it, but later obtained a loan so my son could establish credit. Everyone was very helpful as we made all the final arrangements with USAA days later for the financing which required a new Bill of Sale and extra paper work. Al Armstrong was especially kind and understanding as the sales transaction evolved in the showroom over numerous phone calls to USAA for loan approval, the three major credit agencies to get my credit unlocked, and to arrange car insurance, etc.. Al stuck with us, missed lunch and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. For this Seattle resident, Al opened my eyes to the hospitality and kindness of the people of NC. Fast forward a few weeks, and my son is loving his car, the title is just as we hoped and I just received my sizable refund check. A true happy ending for my son and me. Thanks M&L.
