We were looking for another 300 for quite a while. When my husband found this car on AutoTrader, we knew this was the car for us. Our first contact with your dealership was on the phone w/Kevin; prior to ending the conversation, we knew this was the car we were going to purchase and were beyond just interested. With a $100 deposit, Kevin was willing to hold the car for us, until I was able to drive from Raleigh to Lexington (240 mi) the next business day. Not having an exact handle on driving time, I arrived at 8:30 a.m., and was pleasantly surprised with a warm, friendly greeting by Trish Hulin, almost immediately. Trish could teach customer service! I am very customer service oriented also and can't explain how impressed I was with Trish's skills. Trish was beyond pleasant, with impeccable manners and nothing was toooo much to ask of her. With no sense of direction, my return trip caused me concern, in casual conversation I mentioned that fact, without hesitation Trish gave me verbal directions and reassured me, if I got lost, I was to call her immediately and she would come find me, getting me on the right roads. Thank goodness with her directions, which were great, I found my way. When was the last time, a person you just met, offered this kind of help, I don't remember this type of thoughtfulness in all my life. When my husband and I returned to finalize the deal, again nothing to much to ask. Trish explained all the bells/whistles features of the car, slowly and continually asking if we understood and had any additional questions. M&L should be proud Trish has chosen to work for this dealership, she is a shining star. If I had to rate Trish's overall service on a scale of 1-10, I would have to give her a 10++++++++.
