This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle and I was very apprehensive about the process of buying a car. Caleb P, of Paramount Volkswagen, took the time to listen to me in order to figure out exactly what I was looking for and found a perfect used option that was also well within my price range. While we were on the test drive and going over the details of the car, I never were or felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.The atmosphere in the dealership was relaxing and the other staff were as friendly and inviting as my sales person, Caleb.
