Dealership Sales Review
Well, I now know they read these comments. After my evaluation I did get a phone call from the salesman on a Friday. The next Monday Bobby (sales/service???)called and we went over all my concerns. He apologized, and took the time to find out what went wrong. He fixed the log-in problem I had. He found out about the carrier costs, the problem I had with insurance licensing and the difference in mileage on my title. As with any dealership, there are bound to be people mistakes. I just happen to be a very literal person and there seemed to be a lot of questions I needed answered. He followed through on all of my concerns. By him taking the time, calling me, listening to me and calling me back when he got the answers I do feel the dealership does care about the customer and wants to make right any problems the customer has. I now feel there was no intention on their part to "blow me off" after selling me the car, as I first thought, and would recommend this dealership. If you have a problem, and the right person is informed, I am sure they will do whatever they can to keep you a happy customer.
